Naz Barouti

Naz Barouti is a lawyer, author, entrepreneur, media commentator, and public speaker. Known in the legal world as the estate planning “guru,” Naz has been called upon by such news outlets as Fox News Radio, Bloomberg TV, USA Today, and Fox 11 News for legal commentary in matters of death, divorce, or criminal prosecution of high-profile figures. She hosted a weekly radio program “Protecting Your Family” with Kerri Kasem and is a board member for Kasem Cares Foundation. And she can currently be heard in Los Angeles on 670 AM’s professional business hour.

Naz majored in Political Science at UC Berkeley, earned her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul (with a focus on Elder Law and Estate Planning) and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. And in 2011 she established Barouti Law Corporation, which now boasts five offices in Southern California that specialize in estate planning, retirement planning, wealth management, prenuptial agreements, and the like.

But Naz is not your average lawyer. In everything she does, she first and foremost considers herself a legal advocate for women. Her goal is to help all women understand why they need to protect their assets when entering into a partnership, whether for love or business. And her expert yet approachable demeanor makes it easy for clients and listeners alike to absorb the legal world of asset protection.
